Code of Conduct

  • Thank you for registering for Summer School at St Stanislaus College Bathurst. For your registration to be finalised and accepted, please take time to read and agree to the Code of Conduct.

  • As a participant of the Summer School I agree to: 1.Follow the rules and regulations set in place by the organisers of the Summer School 2.Respect and uphold the Catholic ethos of the School and conduct myself in a Christian manner through my language, dress and behaviour 3.Pay the registration cost to secure accommodation and meals 4.Take responsibility for all personal belongings for the duration of the School 5.Fully participate in the School activities, including attending lectures, seminars, liturgies, small group and large group sessions. 6.Ensure the School remains clean and tidy, by participating in ‘Service Jobs’ allocated to me throughout the School

  • 7.Not leave the School grounds during allocated session times 8.Respect the School curfew and security measures by not leaving the School grounds in the evening times 9.Observe that male and female dormitories are to remain separate. At no time should there be someone of the opposite gender in a designated dorm area 10.Respect communal and private prayer times of participants of the School 11.Manage my own transport arrangements to and from the School 12. Agree that I may be photographed and/or videoed whilst at the event and the organisers may use this material for purposes related to the Summer School.

  • Special Notes: a)There is a Zero Tolerance Alcohol and Drug Policy for Summer School and St. Stanislaus College, Bathurst. This must be observed and respected at all times. This includes consumption on School grounds, or being present at the School having consumed alcohol or drugs. Failure to abide by this will result in being asked to leave the School. b)Any person(s) under the age of 18 are not to leave the School grounds unless given permission from Admin Personnel (and are accompanied by an adult).

  • If the Code of Conduct is not upheld participants may be asked to leave the School

  • I agree to the above CODE OF CONDUCT for the Summer School of Evangelisation in Bathurst.
