Why Do We Lose it With Our Children?- 3/12/19

Together we will understand more about reasons we "lose it" and how we can do so less often and less intensely. Think about what we are "losing" in the moments. PATIENCE or PERSPECTIVE. Together we will think carefully about these two things. We need to keep in mind when facing challenging behavior that the child is doing the best he or she can.
