Workforce Training: Leadership Fundamentals for First Line Supervisors

The Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce is partnering with SUNY Erie's Corporate Training Department to offer a two-hour training designed for your first line supervisors and managers. This session will provide skills, knowledge, and tools to ensure that new leaders can communicate effectively, work together toward a common goal, and manage conflict.
