Managing People – A workshop for new or soon to be managers

This training will help new managers or those near a promotion learn basic management skills. We will cover things such as delegating tasks, ensuring completion of tasks, handling conflicts and knowing when to bring in your superior. Attendees will learn about these tasks and how to handle it all as a new manager.
