CERT Refresher - Highgrove October 5, 2019
CERT is a positive and realistic approach to emergency and disaster situations where citizens will be initially on their own and their actions can make a difference. Refresher training is open to all CERT graduates, 18 years of age and older. The training is free of charge and will cover disaster medical operations.
