  • The contract agreement is valid when this form is submitted. The exhibitor is in agreement to the terms and conditions of the exhibit space. All payments are due within 30 days of receipt of invoice by Insight Publications. Invoices will be sent in September. Your invoice will be sent directly from Insight Publications. Questions regarding invoice; send to Deb Toll at dtoll@insightonbusiness.com. Visa/Mastercard/Amex, check or money order are accepted. $35 fee shall be applied to NSF checks.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY (NEWMA & Non-NEWMA Exhibitors): We understand circumstances happen. Exhibitors are able to cancel up to September 13, 2019 without penalty. If cancelling after September 13, 2019 you are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to Megan Vande Hey at m.vandehey@a-mazingevents.com.
