Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing (AFHM) and Resident Selection Plan workshop

This session will provide the legal foundations of fair housing, elements of an acceptable AFHM and Resident Selection Plan. The training is designed for rental management staff, lottery and monitoring agents, municipal, regional housing and community development staff, and trust/CPC boards members.
