Rock Spring Design Guidelines Open House
The Montgomery County Planning Department is asking the community to attend an open house to discuss the Rock Spring and White Flint 2 Design Guidelines. These guidelines will be used to guide transformation in the two plan areas by providing recommendations for design of buildings, streets and public spaces.
