4-H Youth Summer Program - Creative Culinary Challenge

This class is for ages 10-18 and will be a four-part series every Friday in June. Youth are asked to commit to participating in all four sessions. Class objectives include kitchen safety, food safety, knife skills, nutrition, and meal preparation. The series will conclude with a cooking challenge that will allow teams to showcase their new skills.
