For one day only, businesses and organisations from a wide range of industries will come together for the 6th Disability, Ageing and Lifestyle Expo. The Expo is run by Catalyst Foundation, which this year celebrates its 25th Anniversary! - (Public Hours: 10 am to 4 pm)

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions and Payment Options

  • • All costs EXCLUDE GST • Cancellation of your exhibitor option booking must be presented in writing to events@catalystfoundation.com.au. For cancellations more than 30 days before the event a 50% refund will be given. If cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be given. • It is a condition of registration that your organisation must provide to Catalyst Foundation a current Certificate of Public Liability in the amount of not less than $20 million no later than 45 days prior to the event. • All marketing collateral that forms part of your sponsorship package or added value promo options (e.g. show bag inserts, feature ads in the Program Guide etc) need to be supplied to Catalyst Foundation by your organisation. • Floorplan locations are not confirmed until the final floor plan is released. • By registering for this event you are agreeing that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and also to the terms and conditions mentioned on www.dalexpo.com.au

  • • Payment is required within 14 calendar days from the day you received the invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing; non-payment will result in termination of the exhibiting space held for the Exhibitor. • It is a condition of your exhibitor option that you agree to maintain your exhibition space open and resourced for the duration of the event (10am to 4pm). Failure to do so will incur an additional cost of 25% of the price of your exhibitor package; this amount shall be due and payable within 7 days of the date of the Expo.
