Introduction to Fish Processing

This hands on course will cover the basics of fish processing and cooking. Preparation techniques such as filleting and cleaning will be demonstrated. In addition to preparing fish participants will learn 2 basic cooking methods. Participants will leave confident in preparing and cooking there own wild caught fish.
