2019 OLMA Swim Camp -- For Girls Entering Grades 6-9; August 5-8

Swim camp encourages young athletes to get acquainted with life in the pool, as well as to take advantage of this tremendous fitness activity.  An emphasis will be placed on exploring a variety of strokes.  Camp will include starts, turns and proper breathing techniques, as well as land exercises.  Campers will need a swimsuit, goggles and towel.
