Lama Rod Meditation Retreat for LGBTQ and POC Communities

"May all beings be seen, held kindly, and loved. May we all surrender to the weight of being healed." These words of Lama Rod capture the kindness he brings to his practice. We will meditate as well as hear from him and from each other. All self-identified people of color and LGBTQ folk are welcome regardless of prior meditation experience.
