Sauerkrat Workshop

Learn how to prep your own quart jar of cabbage to ferment into kraut. Class to discuss the fermenting process, food preservation safety issues, herb and spices that can be added to your kraut, and everything for turning cabbage into sauerkraut. Taught by Sheila Rhodes, owner of Small Batch Kitchen. Pre-registration required; class size limited.
