Age Friendly Springfield Summit

Age-Friendly Community Summit organized by LiveWell Springfield to review the findings from housing and transportation assessment conducted and to share recommendations for an Age-Friendly Springfield. The summit will also highlight collaborative effort in the city for an Age-Friendly Hospital and Dementia Friendly Community.
