ESRO - Community Pathways Waiver, Family Supports Waiver, and Community Supports June 6 (3pm -5pm)

Important: The same information will be shared during both times. Participants can attend either session time. Providers are encouraged to attend the 3 to 5 p.m. session and people in services and families are encouraged to attend the 6 to 8 p.m. session to better support each group and different perspectives.
