Tackling the Social Determinants of Health Using a Systems Thinking Approach

This practicum is designed for Regional Public Networks to learn to apply systems thinking to address social determinants of health in their communities. Networks are encouraged to attend in teams of at least 3 community members and focus on a social determinant that is a priority for them.
