ABTL LDC program:First Generation and Beyond: Tackling Diversity Pipeline Issues

This panel will discuss pipeline issues resulting in a lack of diversity in the legal profession and put particular focus on 1st generation lawyers and the challenges they face, both entering the profession and throughout their careers. The panel will suggest what lawyers can do to address pipeline issues as well as the import and benefit to all.
