USATF State Meet--Ball State University

Register your child for up to (3) events. Please use your child's name in the form. Registration is due on Sunday, June 9th at 11:59pm. Athletes MUST be USATF members! They cannot compete at this meet unless they are USATF members. For this meet, there is a charge of $8/event. Checks or cash will be accepted at practice for entry fees.
