  • CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: No cancellations or refunds will be granted after October 14, 2019. Cancellations received September 20–October 14, 2019 will be assessed a $99 administrative fee to their refund. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations before September 20, 2019. Please note that prior to October 14, 2019, registrations can be “swapped” with someone else in the registrant’s organization without penalty or fee.

  • MYCUMORTGAGE PARTNER CONFERENCE CODE OF CONDUCT: The myCUmortgage Partner Conference is built upon a foundation of education, comfort, trust, comradery and safety. In order to maintain this, we need every participant to act in accordance to these standards and contribute to a positive experience for everyone. We ask attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference to agree with this Code of Conduct, which will be enforced throughout the event.

  • myCUmortgage is dedicated to providing a positive conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. This extends to sessions, social events, after-hours events, tours and social media. Participants shall behave in a professional, courteous and respectful manner, refraining from language and actions that may bring discredit to you, your company and/or myCUmortgage. Participants shall act as guests of the hotel, conference center and social venues.

  • Conference participants violating this code may be removed from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the organizers.
