Building Intercultural Competence for Ministers (BICM) Workshop / March 24, 2020
Initiative from the USCCB designed to introduce ministry leaders to a basic awareness and proficiency in the area of intercultural competency. The goal is to equip participants to courageously share their faith by Proclaiming, Inviting and Encountering Jesus Christ while engaging with people of all ages, national and cultural backgrounds.
