Cooking Day (Ages 16 - 21) - Thursday, August 15th

We will start the day by learning about healthy eating and how to make healthy choices while grocery shopping. We will then use the food we have bought to cook a healthy lunch together as a group. Drop off (10:30am) and pick-up (2:30pm) is at the entrance of Kinsight's Salisbury Ave location.
