WAITLIST Knife Skills: Kitchen Confidence

Learn how to properly use a knife in the kitchen. Our chef librarian will explain and demonstrate kitchen knife safety. We’ll learn and practice the basics of knife skills and cut up some vegetables for a classic mirepoix to collaborate on a simple dish.
