Chef Chris fuses together the culinary traditions of West Africa, Western Europe, and the Americas while he demonstrates making Chicken "Fried" Steak with black pepper gravy and a Dill pickle brined Fried Chicken with honey mustard. The meal continues with Cornbread Stuffing with Andouille Sausage and Kale, paired with Cajun Mac and Cheese.
