EQ Worship Conference 2019

PLEASE NOTE: You can only use this form once per user email address. EQ Worship Ministry's worship conference is Oct. 10th (7 PM) - 12th (Noon) at CCTC. This year we'll be joined by Stomptown Revival, The Responding, Ty Orr, Holland Davis and Steve Whinery! All are welcome to join us! Cost is $80pp.
