Free Special Needs Yoga

This program is open to individuals with autism and other special needs. It's for all ages and is co-sponsored by POAC and Beachwood Mayor's Wellness Campaign. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. Siblings and parents/caregivers welcome to participate. There is no charge to attend. You can register once for all 5 sessions.
