2020 PBA Marketplace Registration is Now Open!

The Pennsylvania Bus Association's 2020 Marketplace registration is now open! This group leader event will be held on March 23, 2020 (set-up day) and March 24, 2020 (PBA event day), at York Expo, York, PA. Join us to visit with almost 1,000 group leaders arriving on 24 motorcoaches looking for places to travel in 2020!

  • BREAKFAST ATTENDANCE. please let us know if you will be able to attend the March 24, 2020 7:30 - 8:30 AM breakfast meeting with the Marketplace co-chairs. (complimentary)

  • CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received prior to 12:00 PM January 15, 2020; a partial refund will be provided. Any cancellation after this date will result in no refund. PBA cannot be held responsible for cancellations not received.

  • QUALIFY FOR SPECIAL RAFFLE DRAWING! Any company submitting and paying for a booth(s) prior to the first deadline of October 31, 2019 will qualify for a raffle drawing for a $100 gift card!

  • DEADLINE LEVELS/PRICING. The Early Bird PBA booth rate expires on October 31, 2019. The second lowest PBA booth rate is effective from November 1, 2019 - December 31, 2019. Any booth(s) purchased beginning January 1, 2020 will be higher.

  • EDUCATION: Are you interested in attending the all-day educational seminars with lunch at Bailey Trailways? The cost is $97.00.

  • SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES. Are you interested in a Marketplace sponsorship valued between $100 - $1,000? Cover, full, half-page, quarter page ads; profile sheets; etc. A separate sponsorship form will be available.
