  • The On Course National Conference will have volunteers taking photographs and short videos at the conference and would like your permission to have your picture taken (say Cheese!). We promise not to photoshop a mustache on your face (unless you already have one) or to add 20 pounds to your slim figure. We just want to post some pictures or video clips on the website/emails to let people know what it would be like to attend the conference.     Do you have special dietary restrictions or food allergies? There will be a variety of food options served, including vegetarian options.

  • Do you have any physical or other limitations we should be aware of for our planning?

  • CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Once we receive your registration, we contract to purchase your conference materials, meeting space and food, etc. These expenses cannot be credited or refunded if you do not cancel before the deadlines as stated below. You must follow the cancellation guidelines to avoid incurring an obligatory debt, whether your registration has been pre-paid or payment is still pending. -Full credit* or refund if you cancel on or before April 7, 2020 -50% credit* or refund if you cancel on or between April 8, 2020 and April 23, 2020 -No credit* or refund if you cancel after April 23, 2020. As we reach the conference dates, On Course has committed significant funding to the event. We cannot refund the amounts we have already committed on your behalf if you cancel within two weeks of the event start date. The conference will have purchased your materials, meals, event space, etc and these costs are not refundable. Please plan accordingly and be certain to notify us immediately.

  • *If registrant cancels/no-shows after start of conference, no refund or credit is available. Unpaid registrations will receive a credit on the outstanding invoice of 50% but will still owe the remaining 50% of the total invoice since monies will have been paid already on their behalf. At 30 days and thereafter, On Course must pay for the contracted expenses at the conference center whether you attend or not. The attendee may have someone attend in their place at no additional cost. The same cancellation and refund policies will apply to the substitute registration.

  • If you are a presenter, please note that flip charts, markers, LCD projector and screen, internet access (presenters and attendees), and audio speakers will be provided for in each room. We will not provide laptops. Please bring your own laptop with the proper adapter.
