  • Each exhibiting company receives complimentary registration and lunch for one person per booth. You may register up to two additional booth personnel at $40 each, which includes lunch but no workshop admittance. Please list the names of additional personnel below.

  • A box lunch will be served on the Conference Level with plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax, enjoy your meal, network with Montessori colleagues and then shop! While a vegetarian option is available, we are not able to accommodate other dietary needs and allergies. Please check here for a vegetarian option. (No answer is required for a regular meal)

  • Once an application is accepted, space will be assigned based on the date of the original receipt of the application. Exhibit space is limited, so it is recommended that potential exhibitors apply as early as possible. You will be notified within three weeks of receipt of your application if you have been accepted.

    Cancellation of the Event: CMS reserves the right to cancel the Event, in whole or in part, and will notify Exhibitors in writing should this occur. If CMS cancels the portion of the Event that affects Exhibitors, CMS will refund the full amount of fees paid by the exhibitor to CMS. Exhibitor Cancellation: 50% of the Exhibit Fees paid will be refunded, provided that emailed cancellation is received by CMS by Feb 28, 2020. There will be no refunds for cancellations after Feb 28, 2020.

Booth Request

  • The event includes an exhibit hall located in the same ballroom as the keynote presentation, providing maximum visibility of the exhibitor booths. Exhibit Area: Please view the floor plan on the event page. You may request a specific booth(s), but if your request is not available, you will be assigned the next closest booth. NOTE: CMS reserves the right to update, modify, or otherwise change the floor plan and exhibit hours.
