Culinary Traditions - Classic Crepes - Hands on

The French love their food and every meal, every day of the year, is treated with respect. In this class you’ll learn the authentic crepe batter and technique. French pancakes are very thin and you can integrate sweet and savory fillings with a DIY Crepe Bar. Chef Gabrielle completes the meal with a mixed greens salad.
