Chinese Flavors: Cooking Workshop #1 (Oct. 11 2019) Potstickers

As a typical Chinese Dim-sum, the potsticker will be introduced along with a story about the origin of the potsticker. The workshop concludes with participants cooking and eating their own potstickers. (There is a vegetarian filling option.)
