Chinese Flavors: Cooking Workshop #3 (Nov. 8, 2019) Yangzhou Fried Rice

Yangzhou fried rice, or Yang Chow fried rice, is a popular stir-fry dish in many Chinese restaurants. It's probably the best-known form of fried rice—a confetti of glistening grains with scrambled egg, scallion, carrot, corn, sweet pea, and Chinese ham. Simple yet delicious, you will learn how to make it at home from this new cooking workshop.
