Web Entry Training

EDEN is a Web Application that enables Members and Excavators to create, manage, respond to and edit Georgia 811 Locate Request Tickets. If you do not have a password, you will need to sign up for training so that you may be issued one to gain access to EDEN.

    We offer 2 training methods. Please choose the one you prefer:

  • **Webinar - We will contact you to schedule training.

eRequest

  • If you are NOT entering 30 or more tickets a month and you are working at a single address, our eRequest system is a perfect way to process your locate requests. There is no formal training or login required.

  • Go to my.GA811.com to the eRequest Portal to begin the locate request creation process.
