This workshop is focused on the Stages of Change model. Lasting behavioral change takes time, energy, focus, self-awareness, & commitment. “Start where the client is” This class will help link a client's current stage to specific treatment interventions that will most effectively move them to the next phase. Encourages real-life examples.
