U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regulatory Specialists Steve Whetzel and Brain Bartels will be discussing the Corps' regulatory processes, such as jurisdictional waters of the U.S., Nationwide Permits, Individual Permits, exemptions, required documentation when submitting applications, and circumstances when permit verification is not required.
