Technical Group Luncheon "The Gateway Tunnel Program" (1 PDH)

Due to age, use, and damage due to Super Storm Sandy, the North River Tunnel between New York City and New Jersey require extensive repair. This has sparked consideration in the development of additional capacity through the construction of new tunnels. Mr. Andrew Galloway will give an update on the program.
