In modern life, almost everyone experiences some degree of fear, worry and anxiety. By learning about the mind, we can reduce and eventually overcome these negative mental habits. By training in meditation, we can learn to become more familiar with positive, solution-orientated thoughts that lead to a calm, clear and peaceful mind.
