Doors open at 9:00 am, session begins at 9:30 am. Please note refunds will be made, less a $10.00 cancellation fee, until December 7th, 2019. All unpaid non-cancelled registrations after December 7th, will be collected regardless of attendance. PIC reserves the right to deny registration to any party not affiliated with PIC.
