  • NOTICE: YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED YOUR SELECTION IN BOOTH SPACE HERE! BOOTH SPACES HIGHLIGHTED GREEN ALONG WITH THE ADJOINING SPACES OR IN THE SAME BLOCK ARE RESERVED FOR CONFERENCE/EVENT SPONSORS. DIAMOND, PLATINUM AND GOLD LEVEL SPONSORS WILL BE GIVEN FIRST CHOICE OF BOOTH(S) IN THE ENTRANCE AND LOUNGE AREAS. RCAT STAFF WILL PROCESS REGISTRATION ONCE PER WEEK AND ASSIGN BOOTHS IN ORDER OF RECEIPT.

Exhibitor Acknowledgement / Payment (PLEASE READ)

  • BY SUBMITTING THIS REGISTRATION FORM YOU AGREE TO PAY THE TOTAL BELOW FOR EXHIBITING IN THIS EVENT BY THE DEADLINE. You acknowledge acceptance of the TRC Exhibitor Contract, Terms and Conditions and understand that this will become a binding contract upon acceptance and booth assignment by RCAT. You also agree to any conditions as may be established by the management and/or owners of the facility/exhibit hall.

  • PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 50% of the booth cost is due NOW to hold your space. The remaining balance is due to RCAT no later than August 14, 2020. If a deposit is made using a credit card, that card will automatically be charged for balance due on August 14, 2020 if alternate payment has not been received at the RCAT office. If a booth is reserved on/after August 14, 2020 the full payment must be provided. Booth space will NOT be held without a fully completed registration form and 50% deposit.

  • CANCELLATION: EXHIBITOR MAY CANCEL BOOTH REGISTRATION ONLY IN WRITING TO RCAT.TRADESHOW@ ROOFTEX.COM. A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE REQUEST. BOOTH CANCELLATION REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER AUGUST 14, 2020 WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED AT 50% OF THE TOTAL EXHIBITOR FEE. REQUESTS RECIEVED AFTER AUGUST 14, 2020 MAY NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL AFTER THE EVENT IS OVER.CANCELLATION REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER AUGUST 31, 2020 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • REMINDER: The purchase of each booth includes TWO trade show badges/passes for booth personnel. Additional badges are $20 each - select add-on qty below. Tickets to the Annual Business Meeting & Awards Luncheon must also be purchased separately below. You will be able to add badges and luncheon tickets at any time after submitting this registration form. The official RCAT Badge Order Form will be sent separately and MUST be completed by the exhibitor no later than September 1, 2020.
