Having a baby? Come to this popular experiential childbirth ed class, & loosen up your hips and your mind for a smoother, easier birth. Taught by a midwife/doula. You'll learn and practice dozens of movements and positions to inspire your baby's birth to be a healthy, positive experience. $30 single, $45 pair, some scholarships available.
