​WELL FOR CULTURE (WFC) is a grassroots initiative that aims to reclaim and revitalize Indigenous health and wellness. WFC studies and implements the lifestyle teachings of our ancestors, meanwhile incorporating new information to contribute to this ancient and ongoing chain of knowledge.
