Dining with Diabetes is a series of four classes, Feb. 28, Mar. 7, Mar. 14, and Mar. 21, from 1-3 p.m., that helps individuals learn strategies to manage their diabetes through menu planning, carbohydrate counting, portion control, and label reading. Participants have the opportunity to sample healthy foods made utilizing concepts taught.
