CANCELLATION POLICY AND ARTWORK DUE DATES:

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be accepted with no cancellation fee on or before Friday, May 15, 2020. Cancellations after midnight on May 15, 2020 will incur a $150 fee. No refunds will be offered for any cancellations after Tuesday, May 26, 2020.

  • ARTWORK DUE DATES: All Conference Book and Logos must be received as camera ready artwork by Friday, May 8, 2020. Submissions are accepted by email only. Send a JPG or PDF of the ad to nieapa@corpevent.com. *Any artwork received after May 8, 2020 is not guaranteed placement in the Program Book or on On-Site Signage.
