Torrington PAL Art Program
The PAL Art program is open to grades 6-8 and will be a 5 week program held at the Vogel art room from 7pm-8pm on Monday's and Wednesday's beginning on January 13, 2020. This program will be a drawing and painting class taught by local artist and certified art teacher Nicole Bastiaanse-Fritch.
