2020 Wilderness Depths Retreat

In a Continuum Wilderness Depths Retreat we slow down in deep long movement dives, and transform through gentle breathing and primordial vocalizing. We move and engage perceptually in the surrounding wilderness and meet what is still wild and full of mystery within. We open perceptual portals to the intelligent elements in nature and in our bodies.
