Building Cultural Humility to Address Unconscious Biases & Microaggressions

All people hold unconscious biases and perpetrate Microaggressions, which often are incongruent with their consciously held values and beliefs. During this training, we will explore the concepts unconscious bias and microaggressions and lay the ground work for a practice of cultural humility.
