Volunteer Application Form - Winter Conference 2020

Thanks for your interest in volunteering! We have a limited number of volunteer positions available. Volunteers who work for 4 hours total (two 2-hour time slots) will attend the conference for just $30. Please note, completion of this form does not guarantee you a volunteer position. Application deadline is January 25, 2020.
