2020 Exhibitor Rules & Regulations

  • THE EXHIBITOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO ADHERE TO ALL SHOW REGULATIONS INCLUDING:

  • 1. Move in at the required time to insure uninterrupted set up for all exhibitors. 2. Displays on the side of the booth shall not exceed 5’ in height off the floor. There are no restrictions on the height of back drop displays. Please do not drag tables across the floor. Ask arena staff for assistance. 3. Remain in your booth AND NOT BREAKDOWN prior to the conclusion of the show at 4 P.M. on Sunday - EVEN IF YOU’RE SOLD OUT. 4. Insure that any and all applicable laws and requirements pertaining to exhibiting, preparing (cooking) and selling your product(s) at “Farmer’s Markets” are strictly adhered to including those of the NYS Departments of Health, Agriculture & Markets and Sales Tax. 5. Deposits are non-refundable after May 1, 2020 unless your booth can be rented to another vendor. 6. The Clayton Chamber reserves the right to reject any vendor application. 7. Requests will be considered, however, booth placement is NOT guaranteed from year to year.
