Construction of the Penn Medicine Pavilion (1 PDH)

Overview of the construction of a new 1.5 Msf facility for Penn Medicine. This includes: 504 patient rooms, 47 operating rooms, a 63-bay emergency departmetnt, and related spaces. Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) contract methodology was utilized to complete design and construction.
