The Intersection of Poverty and Mental Health

This training will focus on how poverty, and experience of living in poverty, impacts cognitive processes and functioning in ways that create barriers to moving out of poverty. It will discuss how the "scarcity" mindset can limit intentions toward success and also discuss ways to empower individuals who struggle within this experience.
